SENIOR SOFTWARE
DEVELOPER - JAVA

Requirements:

  1. Expert Java (1.5) knowledge.
  2. Java standalone servers, concurrency and threading. Java REST/SOAP Services.
  3. Spring framework experience
    is a MUST.
  4. Big Data (HBase, Hadoop) and analytic work experience is a plus.
  5. Experience building Complex Event Processing application (Drools Expert and Fusion or ILOG JRules) is a plus.
  6. Distributed messaging experience (Apache Kafka, RabitMQ).
  7. Must have been involved in an architecture related role on well-designed systems.
  8. Experience working with scalable,
    low latency system architectures
    is a plus.
  9. Must be able to quickly pick up new technologies and incorporate them into production software.
  10. Experience in debugging and performance troubleshooting in
    large Java based system.
  11. Experience in all phases of software development life cycle methodologies and processes.

Must:

  1. BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or Engineering from a
    4-year college or university.
  2. 5+ years of professional experience in Java environment.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

SOFTWARE
DEVELOPER

We’re looking for a Software Developer for an exciting startup in Burlington, MA. This position has visible organizational impact with great growth potential!

Requirements:

  1. Relational database experience.
    We are currently using MySQL.
  2. Experience with Java or PHP development.
  3. Web skills: HTML, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript. jQuery experience
    is a plus.
  4. Mobile (web or native app) experience is a huge plus.
  5. Prior experience working in a startup environment is a strong plus.

In addition, the following requirements
are a must:

  1. BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or Engineering from a
    4-year college or university.
  2. 2-5 years of professional experience.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

UL DESIGNER

Requirements:

  1. 3+ years experience in design and technical implementation of customer- facing web sites.
  2. In-depth knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  3. Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, and solid visual & interaction design skills. Experience creating web and mobile optimized assets.
  4. Experience with cross-platform/cross-browser testing.
  5. Experience with SVN or other source control systems.

 

“Plus” Qualifications:

  1. Experience with SEO techniques.
  2. Experience designing mobile website and native iPhone/Android apps.
  3. jQuery Experience.
  4. HTML5 and CSS3.
  5. Bachelors’ degree in a technical/visual design/HCI discipline or equivalent.
